  • 800 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria

Honoring the heritage of Old World Italian tradition, 800 Degrees uses California-grown tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and handcrafted crust made with flour from the ancient Molino San Felice in Naples, Italy, complemented by only the best charcuterie and local vegetables. While the menu offers a few favorite combinations, guests can personalize pizzas with a choice of ingredients. Baked for just 60 seconds in an 800-degree oven, pizzas will be ready before guests even leave the counter.

A collaboration with LAMILL Coffee, The Perq brings the acclaimed LA-based specialty roaster’s gourmet coffee and tea to SLS Las Vegas. Located between the lobby and casino, the coffee bar offers a selection of fresh salads, panini, house-made pastries, and freshly-made gelato. From morning to night, it’s the perfect stop for a well-crafted beverage and a light snack, “grab-and-go” meal, or sweet treat.

Bad Beat Brewing takes over five taps at Umami Burger, Beer Garden & Sports Book. The BIG GAME Bash at Umami Burger, Beer Garden & Sports Book

Feb. 5 at 2 p.m.

Football fans are invited to watch the Big Game on over 50 flat screen TVs and a giant video wall with an open bar, special giveaways and delicious game-day fare. Tickets start at $75 per person, and table packages with food credit start at $100 per person.

For an intimate and elaborate epicurean experience, James Beard Award-winning chef José Andrés introduces an exquisite tasting menu of Bazaar Meat’s innovative and playful cuisine including croquetas de pollo, beefsteak tomato tartare, chateaubriand tenderloin, buttered potato puree and more ($135 per person). The regular menu is also available, along with wine pairings for an additional $45.

Guests can enjoy a special five-course tasting menu featuring some of its most popular dishes including yellowtail sashimi with jalapeño, Wagyu beef with Eryngii mushrooms, surf & turf with petite beef tenderloin and live Maine lobster, miso-marinated Chilean sea bass and a choice of dessert ($90 per person).
