Rockhouse takes nachos to a whole new level with their Grilled Chicken Nachos. Grilled chicken, smothered in house-made cheddar cheese sauce, pico de gallo, guacamole and sour cream, is laid across a pillowy bed of criss cross fries.

Rockhouse’s Rock Out With Your Guac Out challenge is sure to test even the hungriest of Mexican food lovers. Challengers will have to take on a four-and-a-half-pound burrito filled with carne asada steak, pico de gallo, saut?ed onions, green chilies, cheddar cheese, fries and lettuce, wrapped in three 12-inch flour tortillas and topped with sour cream and guacamole. If a guest is able to finish the challenge, which normally costs $45, in 20 minutes or less, the burrito is free and the champ will walk away with $50 ROCK Bucks and a Rockhouse T-shirt.

The restaurant has added a Wednesday special menu of “Hump Day Hot Dogs”. The selection of mini hot dogs can be ordered individually to create a “flight”. There are 13 possible dogs from the Philly to the Texas Tommy, ranging in prrice from $1.50 to $3.00.

Thursdays
Rockstar Live Band Karaoke ? 9 p.m.
Take the Rockhouse stage and sing all the classics as a live band provides the musical backdrop. No matter what the song of choice may be, the only thing stopping Rockhouse from discovering Las Vegas’ next superstar is courage. Liquid courage. And there’s plenty of drink specials to go around.

Fridays
DJ Joey Illness
9 p.m.
On Friday nights from 9 p.m. to close, DJ Joey Illness hits the decks and spins the latest EDM, techno house and top 40 tunes.

Saturdays
DJ G Minor
9 p.m.
104.3 NOW FM’s DJ G Minor commandeers the Rockhouse DJ booth every Saturday night. Party animals can expect to hear Hip Hop, House, R&B and Top 40 tracks. The legendary Las Vegas DJ was originally discovered by The Black Eyed Peas and has served as a resident DJ for clubs including Armadillo’s inside the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino, and Barcode Nightclub.
