One of Las Vegas’ iconic casinos, Palace Station, is ushering in a new era this year with its property renovations. The first piece in that puzzle, the property’s new bingo room, will be unveiled Friday, April 28 with a champagne toast and bingo games to break in the new space.
Bingo has always been one of the most important and valued guest amenities at Palace Station, dating back from its early days more than 40 years ago when the property was simply called Bingo Palace. Palace Station has always been known in Las Vegas as the place to go for bingo, and the game is inherently imbedded in Station Casinos’ DNA. In celebration of this rich history, Palace Station embarked on significant renovations and upgrades with one of the first enhancements debuting later this week – the bingo room. The new, 10,000-square-foot venue opens to the public at 9 p.m., Friday, April 28.
The new room has 350 seats for bingo players, and six recliners in a VIP area, plus five barstools for those who prefer to take their bingo straight up. Palace’s new bingo room is exciting, modern and approachable with state-of-the-art technology scattered throughout the space. Guests begin their experience with an expansive check-in counter, snack bar and full-service bar for complete, personalized bingo fun. A VIP area features custom, upholstered recliners, while TVs encircle the entire room. The focal point is the huge bingo stage and projection screen, while modern tables and brightly colored carpet in shades of red, tangerine, cream and brown set off the new room beautifully. Chandeliers made of red and orange glowing rings give an air of elegance to the space from overhead.
The new bingo room, located off the new casino entrance facing Sahara Avenue, will be open to the public starting with the 9 p.m. game on April 28.
