The Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas Strip revealed a brand new breakfast menu produced through the restaurant?s recently hired Executive Chef, Bill Rohm, that is available daily from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Certainly one of his first focal points upon joining the legendary restaurant was to improve the existing breakfast menu to feature some guest faves!
New menu products range from the Rockin Corn Flake Crusted French Toast: Texas Toast drizzled with cinnamon vanilla cream, covered with crushed corn flakes and fried to some golden brown, capped with a mixed berry compote and offered with an option of sausage links or smoked bacon; Slider Benedict: toasted English muffins capped with baby arugula, grilled slider patties, poached eggs, Hollandaise sauce and crisp bacon, offered with breakfast potatoesand fruit; and Huevos Rancheros: corn tortillas capped with Spanish red sauce, over easy eggs, chorizo, mixed cheese, avocado and sour cream, offered with breakfast taters, to name a few.
Offered on the second floor, visitors can also enjoy breakfast while looking over the famous Vegas Strip and enjoy bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys for just $15, while hearing live and acoustic sets from gifted local music artists in the backyard.

Before joining Hard Rock Cafe, Rohm served as the Director of Culinary for Jimmy Buffett?s Margaritaville. Rohm has carried out greater than 18 restaurant openings for many concepts and brings greater than 3 decades of back of house management experience towards the position, including Planet Hollywood, Sheraton Hotels, the Steamboat Yacht Club and Viacom.
