Awaiting an autumn 2015 grand opening, Rick Harrison, who owns Pawn Plaza, has introduced Inna Gadda di Pizza and Pawn Donut & Coffee as new tenants that will join Rick’s Rollin Smoke BBQ & Tavern, Smoke’s Poutinerie and Rita’s Italian Ice as dining options offered by Pawn Plaza. Inna Gadda di Pizza and Pawn Donut & Coffee are generally possessed and run by 34th Floor Hospitality, whose partners include Rob Cautela, Olivier Zardoni, Mark Mediana and Oliver Wharton.
Inna Gadda di Pizza originates from the creator of the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas’ Pizza Shop without any title, passionately known by its loyal fans as “Secret Pizza.” The restaurant, designed just like a New York subway, will offer you an array of classic New York-style pizza available by the slice or whole, salads and desserts created using “honest ingredients along with a New York attitude.”
Pawn Donut & Coffee will feature Illy? Coffee and extra-large donuts with names and tastes affected by Vegas celebs and associated fun stories around the menu.
“We love Rick and his family and what he is doing for downtown’s exciting revitalization,” said Ralph Cautela, 34th Floor Hospitality. “We believed in this project so much, we created two unique concepts that we think are a great fit for locals and visitors alike.”
“Being a fan of Cosmopolitan’s ‘Secret Pizza,’ I was excited to hear that Ralph and his partners are bringing not one but two awesome concepts to Pawn Plaza,” said Rick Harrison. “Pizza, donuts and coffee? Now I will know where to find The Old Man if he isn’t in his office!”
Inna Gadda di Pizza and Pawn Donut & Coffee join Las Vegas Flip Flops, So-Cal Speed Shop, Rick’s Rollin’ Smoke BBQ & Tavern, Smoke’s Poutinerie and Rita’s Italian Ice, with more tenants likely to be introduced within the coming days.
Pawn Plaza is situated at 725 Vegas Boulevard South, just south of the world Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop, the place to find HISTORY’s “Pawn Stars.”
