On Saturday, Oct. 8, Pawn Plaza will host a first anniversary celebration featuring appearances from the cast of HISTORY’s “Pawn Stars” starting at 4 p.m. Stars include Corey Harrison, Chumlee, Antwuan, Rick and possibly other surprise guests! Rick’s Rollin Smoke BBQ & Tavern will offer “Rick’s beer flight” – any five 12 oz. draft beers for $25. Harrison will bartend in the Tavern that evening starting at 8 p.m. and local band The District will keep the party going, rocking the patio from 8:15 ? 10:15 p.m.
Pawn Plaza Vow Renewals by Vegas Weddings is offering one lucky couple the chance to have Rick Harrison bear witness to their wedding or vow renewal. The ceremony would take place on Sat., Oct. 8 at 7:30 p.m. and the $99 package includes the ceremony, three 5×7 photos and a champagne toast served by Harrison. On Tuesday, Oct. 18, BodySpa & Salon will host “50 Shades of Pink,” a fundraiser for the local chapter of Making Strides in the fight against breast cancer. The “50 Shades of Pink” event features a cut-a-thon by BodySpa & Salon. Appointments for haircuts, styling, manicures, pedicures and nail art are available from noon ? 5 p.m. with the proceeds benefiting Making Strides. A fashion show by Pin Up Fashions and Pawn Plaza tenant Rockabilly Girl will take place on the 2nd Floor starting at 6 p.m. So-Cal Speed Shop, another Pawn Plaza tenant, will have hot rods on display in the parking lot and Corey Harrison and Chumlee will be on site for meet & greets.
