Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower?s award-winning restaurant, Top of the World introduces an ideal variety of gourmet dinner and lunch specials on its new, specifically-crafted seasonal menu. Created by Executive Chef Ron Giffen, guests? taste buds will feel on ?top from the world? while taking pleasure in scrumptious dishes like creamy lobster bisque, succulent filet surf and turf and Kurobuta pork belly at higher than 800 ft over the Vegas Valley.

Three-Course Prix Fixe Lunch Menu ($49):

This three-course menu offers visitors a fantastic choice of Chef Giffen?s masterpieces including salad or soup and succulent surf and turf, that provides diners the option of lobster tail or shrimp scampi combined with tasty filet mignon, creamy mashed potatoes and finished with a delectable dark wine reduction sauce. A tempting chocolate indulgence of chocolates pot de cr?me, fresh berries, rich vanilla mousseline and white chocolate finishes this meal.

Guests can enjoy Top of the World?s prix fixe lunch menu from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $49 per person.

Four-Course Chef?s Tasting Dinner Menu ($98)

Diners will delight while going through four-courses of excellence, including dishes like tender Kurobuta pork belly seasoned with a mix of five Chinese spices or herbs and offered with root vegetables, quinoa and capped with a zesty green chimichurrri sauce and fresh salmon and gulf prawns, that is enchantingly capped with a duo of apple and celery slaw and completed with a superb watercress emulsion. Visitors searching for an additional indulgence can perfectly pair each course with choices from Top of the World?s award-winning assortment of wine for an additional $30.

Guests can experience Top of the World?s four-course dinner menu from 4 to 11 p.m. for $98 per person with wine pairing available for an additional $30.
