Bazaar Meat by Jos? Andr?s
Ten-dish tasting dinner, $65 per person, $25 wine pairing
James Beard award-winning chef Jos? Andr?s introduces a summer time tasting menu of Bazaar Meat’s ingenious and playful cuisine, including Super-Giant Pork-Skin Chicharr?n, Ferran Adri? Olives, Bagels and Lox Cone, Croquetas de Jam?n, Beef and Parmesan Grissini, Chateaubriand Tenderloin, Robuchon Potatoes, and Grilled Asparagus, with cream puffs and various tarts to complete. For an additional $25, visitors can pair the menu with a number of Spanish wines (1+1=3 Brut Cava, C.V.N.E. “Monopole” Viura, Emilio Moro Tempranillo, and Emilia Lustau “East India Solera” Sherry).
Katsuya by Starck
Three-course dinner, $39 per person
Noted for its original take on authentic Japanese tastes, Katsuya by Starck provides a summer time menu using its most widely requested dishes. To begin, visitors can decide on Crispy Brussels Sprouts, Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna, Crispy Chicken Salad, Mushroom Salad, Spicy Albacore Sashimi with Crispy Onion (+$6) or Creamy Rock Shrimp (+$5). For an entr?e, visitors enjoy a range of Seafood Yakisoba, Omakase Sushi, Salmon on Cedar or N.Y. Strip Teriyaki (+$7). Lastly, dessert options include Warm Bread Pudding, Warm Chocolate Cake or Mochi Ice Cream.
Cleo
Three-course dinner, $29 per person
Cleo’s summer time menu offers visitors’ favorite dishes of Chef Danny Elmaleh?s acclaimed contemporary Mediterranean cuisine. The very first course includes an option of Hummus with Tahini, Lebaneh with Feta, Shrimp Kebab (+$3) or Chicken Kebab (+$3). The 2nd course includes a choice of Harira Soup, Chopped Salad or Greek Salad. The 3rd course includes such options as Garlic Shrimp, Chicken Tagine, Seasoned Mushroom Flatbread, Roman Flatbread, Grilled Hanger Steak (+$5) or Roast Lamb (+$5).
