Rockhouse has switched it up to 11 with a few exciting new changes together with a rejuvenated menu, Kill the Keg beer special along with a Reverse Happy Hour.
Rockhouse’s new menu provides down-home American and Tex-Mex comfort food ideal for snacking in the bar.
Menu highlights include:
? Fried Pickle Spears-crispy pickle spears offered with Cajun remoulade
? Pulled Pork Sliders-drawn pork thrown inside a BBQ sauce, capped with fresh coleslaw and offered on the wheat grains or white bun
? The Rock Dog-footlong beef dog with bacon, onion, tomato, jalapenos and mayo
? Mini Me-three small dogs with chili, cheddar cheese and onion.
? Mule Train-American Harvest vodka with ginger root beer and lime juice
As though your regular happy hour (Monday through Friday from 2 to 6 p.m.) wasn’t enough, Rockhouse is starting a late-evening Reverse Happy Hour to create heavily reduced drinks and nibbles to evening owls, Monday through Friday from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m.
Reverse Happy Hour deals:
? 50% off specialty cocktails
? $5 domestic drafts and $6 imported draft ales
? $3 Chicken Taco
? $6 Chicken Nachos packed with guacamole, grilled chicken, sour cream, pico de gallo and cheddar cheese.
Additionally, Monday to Friday from 2 to 9 p.m., Rockhouse hosts its Kill the Keg special where just for a Jackson ($20), patrons can drink limitless levels of select draft ales.
In other beer news, enthusiasts of niche ales will love Rockhouse’s Beer from the Month. GM and resident brew guru Brad Kleiss aims to create lesser-known, local and artisan draft ales, like December’s Coronado Coffee Stout, to Rockhouse, readily available for just $5 Monday through Friday from 2 to 9 p.m.
