The Morton Group, brought by Michael and Jenna Morton, opened up La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway this year like a venue created for the search for wine, accented with delectable dishes. La Cave continues to be acknowledged as “one of the things that Las vegas needs more of” by Haute Living Magazine and it has received the “Wine Spectator Award of Excellence” in 2014 because of its extensive wine list. The 3,000-square-feet restaurant serves American cuisine fused with global tastes in small-plate portions produced by Morton Group’s executive chef, William “Billy” DeMarco.
