Brightside Deli To Open In The Plaza

There’s been a lot of movement at the Plaza over the past year: a new pool deck, a renovated bingo hall and two new murals, among other upgrades. The new amenities brought more guests (occupancy is up about 15 percent) but something was missing. General manager Michael Pergolini says that hotel guests were asking for a more casual lunch spot to balance out the larger portions served at Hash House A Go Go and the more formal atmosphere at Oscar’s.
