The new amenities brought more guests (occupancy is up about 15 percent) but something was missing. General manager Michael Pergolini says that hotel guests were asking for a more casual lunch spot to balance out the larger portions served at Hash House A Go Go and the more formal atmosphere at Oscar’s.
