NOVE Italiano at Palms Casino Resort, recognized for its classic Italian cuisine and breathtaking views of the Las Vegas Strip, will introduce a seasonal menu featuring savory dishes inspired by the winter season, offered Dec. 22 through Feb. 29. Diners can indulge in delectable new appetizers, homemade pastas, excellent entrees in addition to a distinctive dessert. Drawing inspiration from the different regions of Italy, the seasonal menu completely complements NOVE Italiano?s critically-acclaimed menu of vital Italian dishes.
?We like to keep our menu fresh at NOVE Italiano and are excited to introduce a new lineup of seasonal dishes, just in time for the holidays,? said Marlon Simbulan, Chef de Cuisine at NOVE Italiano. ?Paired with Nove?s outstanding views of the Las Vegas Valley and selection of traditional Italian fare on our regular menu, our new menu items are the perfect indulgence this season.?
New menu items include:
? Antipasti: Diners can begin their meal with a serving of crispy polenta with Madeira mushrooms and marinara sauce for $12 or mozzarella di buffala stuffed eggplant, which is grilled and accompanied by classic pesto and fresh tomatoes for $14.
? Zuppe & Insalate: Second course options focus on seasonal squash, including butternut squash soup with goat cheese, rosemary and extra virgin olive oil or roasted squash salad complete with spinach, arugula, frise?, ricotta, pistachio, shallots and moscato vinaigrette, both for $12.
? Pasta: Seasonal pasta dishes include red wine braised short rib gnocchi (Veneto) for $29 and bucatini all? Amatriciana (Lazio) with pancetta, onions, garlic and pomodorini for $32.
? Signature Dishes: Adding to its impressive repertoire of signature dishes, NOVE will offer chicken and basil (Tuscany) for $28, braised short rib (Milano) with risotto, parmesan, saffron and crispy onions for $42, and lamb chops (Calabria) accompanied by bell peppers, plum tomatoes and infused olives for $48.
? Dessert: Guests can complete their superb meal with the perfect pear, featuring a poached pear with panettone and mascarpone y crema for $12.
NOVE Italiano is open Tuesday-Thursday from 5:30-10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5:30-11 p.m. Dishes can be ordered for takeout at the bar, which opens Tuesday-Saturday at 5 p.m.
