March Mayhem will be in full swing at Rockhouse, located at the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian/The Palazzo. From Thursday, March 17 to Sunday, March 20, the restaurant is offering both half-day and full-day premium open bar packages to fans. Sports lovers will enjoy an open bar with access to Rockhouse?s revamped selection of craft beers in addition to wines and spirits. The package also includes a guaranteed seat to watch the games. Half-day tickets (8 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 4 p.m. to close) are $125, and full-day tickets are $200. 104.3 NOW FM?s DJ G Minor commandeers the Rockhouse DJ booth every Saturday night. Party animals can expect to hear Hip Hop, House, R&B and Top 40 tracks. The legendary Las Vegas DJ was originally discovered by The Black Eyed Peas and has served as a resident DJ for clubs including Armadillo?s inside the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino, and Barcode Nightclub.

Starting Sunday, Feb. 14, Rock Brunch returns to the Rockhouse. For $25, guests will enjoy one entr?e and endless Bloody Mary?s, mimosas and other well cocktails from noon until 4 p.m. every Sunday. The Peter Love Band provides the live music entertainment. Entr?e options include Breakfast Dogs and Asada Steak & Egg Tacos.

Rockhouse?s Rock Out With Your Guac Out challenge is sure to test even the hungriest of Mexican food lovers. Challengers will have to take on a four-pound burrito filled with carne asada steak, pico de gallo, saut?ed onions, green chilis, cheddar cheese, fries and lettuce, wrapped in three 12-inch flour tortillas and topped with sour cream and guacamole. It costs $45 to enter the challenge, and if a guest is able to finish it in 20 minutes or less, the burrito is free.
